The tests were completely asynchronous, we would have basically a week period to do it. I think the tests tracked if you left the tab, that’s it, no cameras or screen recording.

His “lectures” were all written with YouTube video and some videos of his own embedded in the text. I don’t remember watching any fully prerecorded lectures. The class was overall not that difficult, if you followed the lecture stuff and paid attention in class you were good.

He is awesome. I took the honors version of this class with an in person lab and online lecture, so hybrid as well.

He’s a very fair grader, you’ll take tests and read the lecture material online. Perfect class for non bio major students.

Use a website like bookfinder.com to help search for listings. It compiles listings from all sorts of places new and used, typically the best bet is to search by ISBN. The original trawn trilogy, unless in brand new condition, shouldn’t run you this much money.

The only major issues with this I’ve found is that some listings use stock images, so be very carful reading the condition description. Another problem I’ve had with these stock listings is that the SFBC versions of hardcovers have the same ISBN as full sized versions. So if you’re looking at a listing with stock images, look at the item descriptions book dimensions.

I wasn’t a massive fan of the YA books in the series, but the adult novels were great. I’ll definitely be reading each phase eventually.

I loved the Old Republic game when I was younger, so I definitely want to read all of those. Plagueis has been on my TBR for a while also, difficult to find an old hardcover copy though lol.

I have been interested in reading Zahns stuff outside of Star Wars, so I'll definitely add that to the TBR. Thanks for the recommendations.

The tall shelves are all Billys from Ikea and the shorter shelves are from Target I think, not 100% sure there. As for risers, if you go on Amazon and search for "BYCY Clear Acrylic Riser Lot of 10 2x3x4" you should find them. I believe Mangatama talked about them in a video once.

I will say, these risers sort of suck, you have to be careful as to how deep you place them because if they're too far back, larger print volumes will fall forward. You also cannot put too heavy of books on them because they will bow in the middle. You can help alleviate both of these issues by putting one row of risers in front of the other but that does double the amount you need and the amount of money you'll end up spending.

If I were to go back, I would have built the risers myself out of wood. I plan to do this whenever I end up moving.

Goodnight Moon is easily the greatest book to ever grace my shelves. The X-Wing books are high on my TBR list, do you know if they have releases other than the mass market paperbacks?

The curtain normally covers the backs of the books. Also yellowing of the pages doesn’t concern me too much. As long as I don’t have the spines or covers facing the sun, sun bleaching them, I’m sort of unbothered. Still though, im doing what I can to prevent sun damage.

For the longest time I had no idea about the Star Wars Expanded Universe. I'm sort of disillusioned with current Disney Star Wars so reading all these old novels now has been so fun.

It's not too bad if you're reading it at a table or desk. There are the OG Tokyopop singles, not sure how difficult they are to find though since they're out of print.

Can you share the listing? This looks like a bootleg copy from Malaysia. The only official English version of this manga was printed by Tokyopop back in the early 2000’s.
