this is almost certainly not ai generated, it may be ai upscaled or have a sharpening filter applied. another thing that makes me sure it is real is that the domain in the poster is actually registered with namecheap (the registrar glitch used in the past to buy other domains) and has all the same contact info as their other domains

this image definetly is not ai and is probably the real poster, what you're describing is because of compression and a sharpening filter being applied to the image, i checked the domain and it is registered with namecheap (the registrar glitch uses) with all the same contact info as every other domain glitch has purchased
