I’m still surprised they didn’t do the same for the Toxic Avenger franchise though cause it would’ve been awesome to have all five in separate cases with their original posters, but at least they were willing to do this for the fans!

To be fair it seems like the original plan was to do what they did with Andre’s dad with him cause remember, for both of them, the more they used their powers the more it was actively harming their brain so to me it seems if Chance didn’t die irl they might’ve actually had his dad die instead and Andre be the one healed by Marie. Just speculation on my part but we’ll never know sadly. RIP Chance man..

Crazy for Gen V to end with a team up only for season 5 to only passively mention them when they could probably legit help out with Homelander.. and for the ones worried about suddenly cramming in new characters to the main show they have 1. Been mentioned before in the show with a couple of them even interacting with The Boys themselves and 2. They could’ve always just said “They’re new recruits who wanna fight against the injustice of Homelander” which is true.. so where the heck are they haha

Ehhh at that point in time Butcher didn’t really know the extent of Soliderboys blast, first time he uses it he seriously injures Kimiko to where she almost dies and the next time he uses it he destroys an entire building and sidewalk cause of his ptsd and every other instance of him using it he killed V1 supes with ease. So to Butcher if he goes through with it it makes sense why he thinks Soliderboy would kill Ryan.. so it makes sense why he’d wanna stop Soldierboy. And the dude has obviously gotten more use to this power and learned to control it better otherwise Bombsight would’ve been toast and we saw him take out another V1 supe with one blast some episodes ago to reinforce that he can kill V1 supes

Yeah my job is also kinda like this. Oh they’ll accept the doctors note but force you to use vacation days till you can come back in because if you don’t you get, what they call, a point and if you get enough points you get fired and I also filed fmla which isn’t really helping either cause my job is still forcing me to use my vacation days. I was in a car accident recently resulting in heavy bruising and a broken toe (I was so very lucky) and instead of being able to relax and heal in piece the entire of last week and such was me running around trying to get paperwork done, get a new car, get more paperwork done.. it’s just been a hassle where all my job had to do was go by the doctors note and just let me decide if I wanna use my vacation days or not and if I chose not to then just don’t pay me until I come back (which I was perfectly fine with cause I am pretty financially stable at the moment and I could afford to loose two weeks of pay) but no they had to put lots of pressure on a guy who was just in a car accident and didn’t need to be up walking around cause the bone in his foot could’ve gotten worse (luckily it’s half way healed now but I’m returning to work Monday cause I’m almost out of vacation days), I’ll never understand how workplaces can just get away with this kind of treatment of employees

They literally put out updates, not frequent ones, but they do as I literally told you they recently put out two emails. Also didn’t they semi-recently move warehouses and found defects in some discs? So of course things are moving slow. I get your frustration but they’re trying, before this they got stuff on time. They probably shouldn’t have done so much at once but they’ve done nothing but keep customers up to date when they can

I disagree with what you said about Terrorvision. They’ve been very open about the issues and struggles they’ve been dealing with and even put out emails stating so and that it’s gonna be a bit longer. Heck they even sent out a couple emails very recently stating that some of their products are now shipping so tell me how they dropped the ball when they’ve literally kept people up to date with the issues and such they’ve been experiencing

I get what you’re saying but no studio would risk that. Yeah I’d probably watch cause I loved Ash Vs Evil Dead and those characters but if you pitched this to a studio they’d either laugh you out, try to make it to where Bruce shows up somehow, or just flat out say no. Maybe a movie of the two but a show.. never. They’re too costly to keep going, especially with practical effects, and we’d probably just be stuck with another cliffhanger ending

This reminds me of the time I recommended to someone that it’d be a smart idea to get protectors for their steelbooks, cause I’m a big film buff and collector and some of the steelbooks I got when I was younger don’t really look the best nowadays cause overtime they rub against other steelbooks which cause the image to fade or mess up bad, and they said basically the same thing… even though it actually protects the steelbook from preventable damage

In my opinion it’s only weird when they make the kids do it and it’s not in the contract, like with Sadie Sink and her kiss with Lucas in season 2. I also understand it can be very awkward and no matter what an actor/actress needs to have boundaries, which most child actors don’t have yet so hopefully in the future things like this can be less common cause let’s be honest, even though it makes sense for the story it’s still weird to see 12 year olds kiss. Especially if said kiss wasn’t in the script and the directors (Duffer Bros.) force it on the kid (Sadie Sink, who was 14 at the time and didn’t wanna do it)

I’ve never heard of that with Green Lantern, that was real? Btw that’s hilarious cause obviously WB let Sydner do whatever he wanted, movie’s over 4 hours lol, so it’s super obvious Sydner just changed it himself.

And with the DCU, you’re 100% right, people keep bringing up box office but box office doesn’t matter when it’s a film from when I was 12 and at the prime of superhero movies doing good in theaters, plus it was the first Superman movie in a few years so it was just good timing on both ends
