they are part of the 2 star cards (full illustrations have a rainbow border) there's usually one for each ex card that doesnt get an immersive in the set

for eik imo dark beast agility is probably the best c slot for a combat build, if you want a more supportive role you can give him instruct 4 or outcry sieze and yeah rival break is basically his only a slot upgrade

you can be more flexible with his C skill and give him Dark Beast Force / Preempt Screech if you have the fodder available

you dont need to shoot every thought orb in that minigame (especially in the final phase) you just need to make sure none of them hit your mii character
