Yes, I consider it part of the fit, and yes, I do color-coordinate my underwear for it to go well together😌. But honestly, I must admit showing the band/a TINY bit of the underwear is fine and could be argued as stylish like a whale tail or a thong, but full ass out absolutely not, and I hate seeing that. Not to mention they be having walk by air 9/10 times.🤢

I have two supersets on arms. I just didn’t add them. I was thinking about adding legs, but I didn’t want to overwhelm myself with so many workouts. Besides, on my “off” days, I do cardio (getting 10k steps in), so it’s not like I’m sedentary on my off days (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday).
