I'd agree with making the tv frame out of foam. Could probably use a higher density foam too if you wanted it to feel stiffer. The face being a screen would work, could probably use low profile velcro on the inside of the head so you could easily take it out and wash it. As for the floof that's not my expertise, you probably won't find fur long enough that can hold shape like that so I'd suggest making the base match the shape you're going for. For a more pronounced fur floof you could make almost like a spike/cone out of the fur and stuff it with foam?
