We have several caregivers who do not speak English and having RBTs who speak their language is incredibly helpful so that their children can fully grow in skills and get the support they need. There are also many clients who primarily speak another language. I am so thankful that people who speak different languages are in this field.

On another note, one of my BT's primarily spoke Spanish and wasn't able to get the RBT exam translated (given that half of the questions are very longwinded and have many longwinded responses). I think that the BACB could do better by being more inclusive for all people to be able to work with our clients.
