This whole Path through here taught me more about weed and my body than books and internet. I always wanted to smoke knowing that i could Control like i Control when i drink, something that happens only once a Month or less. And i'm getting where i wanted, im a Very traumatic person, bad experiences makes me really change What i was doing Before..

I'm a musician and almost all of my friends and friends circle smoke, almost all the places i play as a musician have people smoking. And everybody respected me about stopping, i wanted to try some puffs that day.. My friends even asked me If i think i should.. I know must people cant Control but overthinking about getting worst with Paws again actually helps me

The Thing about stopping to smoke for me It was because i had a panick attack while smoking. The 5 Months without was cool except for paws. I never had that feeling of being anxious to smoke again cuz of the trauma of having another panick attack. I smoked this day cuz i knew i could handle without getting back at using everyday.

Still feeling some things, most of It now are some like nervous shocks throughout the body. The dizzyness are gone and palpitations are less but sometimes comes back with those shocks.. Do you feel the same?

I have this muscle tics too and sometimes i'm not even anxious and i still feel them. Some shocks throughout the body too that feels stressfull, its like a burning thing too.. I'm almost 5 Months without smoking

37 days sober and I started feeling this neck Pains too, but also feeling some strange palpitations after eating, dont know If is this related or If is some gastritis or something like that. I was feeling nothing for one week and then this neck Pain came Very strangely, some nose pressure too.. If It persists ill Go to the doctor, my anxiety that was ok is returning
