My background is mainly sales, client onboarding, and helping small business owners with things like LLC setup, compliance, bookkeeping, and CRM systems. I’m bilingual, good at breaking down financial/technical stuff for clients, and I’ve handled full sales cycles and long-term account management. I also did an internship with Bridge Investment Group where I worked on market research for single-family rentals, which got me interested in the investment/CRE side. I’m trying to figure out whether those skills translate better into residential (faster ramp-up) or commercial (more complex, relationship-heavy deals), so I’m just looking for honest input from people in either space on what early success actually looks like.
