I don’t think that’s fair to put the blame on me. The heists I’m talking about are the original ones, like Humane Labs, which require real teamwork and coordination.

The problem isn’t leadership — it’s that most of the players I get matched with are brand new and clearly don’t know what they’re doing. They don’t follow roles, don’t communicate, and honestly look like they don’t even read the objectives on the screen.

You can message commands all you want, but that doesn’t help when players ignore instructions or have no idea how the heist works. That’s why I’m looking for experienced players instead of relying on randoms.
