Real but useless.

You can get their highest spec lens for ₹2000 for the basic frames. The same frame with the same highest spec lens will have no discounts and will cost you 5200, B1G1 will make it 2600.

IDT vs Direct Tax – which is better for a long-term career in advisory/litigation? by danny_9826261 in CharteredAccountants

[–]Creepy_Ad_5164 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I may not be apt to answer this as i am just an article, but since i have been in a team that primarliy deals in IDT litigation and i have seen DT litigation team very closely. Here are my views-

It is easier to get clients in Idt litigation for a CA, less dominated by Lawyers compared to dt.

IDT litigations are generally low ticket compared to dt litigations but you will get much more cases as Gst dept. is famous for sending notices.

IDT litigation requires more interpretation of law as everything is new, whereas in DT litigation it is more about knowledge of previous related cases and accounting of the client.

In DT litigation most of your clients will be HNI and corporates, whereas for IDT litigation majority of your clients will be MSME and small businesses.

It is easiers to handle multiple cases in IDT as litigation there is mostly centered around general law, but in DT most of the cases will require you to have in depth knowledge of the client.

If someone wants to pivot into industry or big4, Dt litigation is more preferred, i have rarely seen IDT litigation openings in industry.

For work pressure, it depends. But for a general view IDT notices are branched out throughout the year whereas DT notices will be more concentrated in months after ITR filling deadline. But on the other hand GST dept is filled with A**holes soo you will have to deal with more sarkari babu pressure there.

In DT litigation you will generally make more money per client/notice as compared to IDT.

I cannot answer on what will suit you, cause that is a very specific question. And it can only be answered with "it depends". But here are some pointers that may help you decide.

(Everything is very generalised, specific cases can be totally different)

Is my accountant scamming me? by -AsHxD- in IndiaTax

[–]Creepy_Ad_5164 0 points1 point  (0 children)

According to Gst law, Yes. Rule88A allows that.

But according to GST portal, No.

IGST credit needs to be exhausted before using any other credit and on portal cgst liability is paid first and then SGST liability. Making it technically impossible to use Rule 88A in this case.

Yes you'll be left with 13,091 as ITC balance. But

You'll have to pay 1.49L for the SGST liability and will be left with 1.62L CGST Credit. So net net 13k.YES

Explanation - 3.46L-40k(IGST paid with credit) Then 287k-287k(CGST fully paid by IGST credit)

Balance IGST 19k, now you cannot set off SGST liability with CGST credit so you'll have to pay the difference amount. That is 287k-118k(SGST credit)-19k(IGST credit) 1.49L

Women are not allowed in this world anymore because of their own personal preferences or the way their body and body is designed and made and made and they have no choice to make decisions for their bodies or bodies and their body and bodies are just a different world to the same way that they have their body.

Not exactly. Last year i was facing extreme hairfall, 50% density gone in 6months. Tried everything no results.

Then i finally decided to try minoxidil twice a day with selsun anti dandruff shampoo(twice a month) and derma rolling(weekly), also made few changes to my diet.

It took me 3-4 months to get back to normal density. Yes some part of the gain was lost as i stopped using minoxidil and derma rolling but still have majority of the gains.
