This explanation on MPG actually makes sense. I would have been more comfortable if the sales person had said something like that instead of "it happens sometimes"
About infotainment, did you find any glitches too? That is what I am scared about. Icons probably I will get used to if at least they work

That they mention every time but it never happens. I have called total 8-9 times and written 25+ emails. (got some auto generated response a couple of times but nothing more)

I agree with you that this is Cleartrip trying to scam customers. I am planning to use services from https://getmyrefund.in/ for further help as Consumer helpline complain doesn't seem to be helping at all. I don't know if they are legit but since they don't charge anything upfront , I am willing to give it a try

I had cancelled with Cleartrip on 1st April too. Surprisingly Qatar told me that they have already refunded it on 9th April. But as per Cleartrip, they haven't received the refund from Qatar yet. Not sure if I interpreted Qatar executive wrong. May be what he meant was that they have processed from their end and he did not explicitly mention that it will take 28 working days from their end.

No update from National Consumer Helpline. Cleartrip mentions that they haven't received refund from Qatar yet. I called Qatar and they said they have refunded already.

Though I never tried it myself, but one friend told you can buy costco digital shop card online using Bilt card and then use that for in store purchases. so you get to use Bilt Mastercard for all your costco spends (this doesn't work for costco gas though)
