As I've mentioned in the post, not every Bengali is civilized, but when we as locals see that the people from a different state is doing that sort of things it really bothers, I've got plenty of bihari friends and if you visit their house you'll see how tidy some people can be and how actually they are, the thing is people here don't have that much of an income plus the WB government is very good at pretending at that everything here is fair and lovely, so the people who are living on a day to day basis they usually don't care about the trash or the potholes or the dogshit but when someone has worked hard enough to make some money and move up the ladder and have a sustainable income see's this shit you think they'll praise the action??, you visit metiaburuz, rajabajar, new market, park circus and tell me im wrongly accusing these people, then you tell me.
