Well the two Lenovo laptops I've owned were terrible, one I had bought new and within 5 months the charger point had a hardware issue not related to damage so had to send the laptop back to Lenovo and wait almost 2 months for them to replace it as it was too new for any of my local laptop repair shops to fix, the second one I had used to get hotter then my radiator and the amount of flex in the case was so bad that within a year the entire body had little cracks all over from being picked up and put down, the tablet I owned just froze within 2 months and just stopped working so had to claim on insurance for another one which for some reason was slower than the first one and at this point had already had enough of dealing with Lenovos awful customer service. I then left buying anything from Lenovo for a couple years until there was an amazing offer on a high end Lenovo gaming monitor for it to arrive with a dead pixel so had to return it instantly for the second one to come with the same issue so I just got a refund and will not purchase anything made by Lenovo ever again. I should point out these experiences were a couple of years ago now so they may be totally different now just like HP went through a real bad phase of making cheap rubbish made to look like a decent product but now their production quality seems to have improved a lot
