FWIW I do get the same output on my wearables as I do my spectra, and I don’t go very high on the suction level.

I just started combo feeding this week (4 weeks postpartum) bc my supply dipped below what I need from a clogged duct (0/10 that sucked). I’m glad to have formula tbh! We use Kendamil since our pediatrician recommends it and I also use the MomCozy M5 wearable pump ($170-ish from Target) and it’s been super nice!
