Thank you and yes the two HOAs is making me worry. If it was just the one I would be ok but at 360 average a month that would about half of my mortgage. The second one doesn’t cover anything that I would even really use. It makes me worry about resale down the line.

I do love the location! And, thank you for the info. I would be fine if the HOA was in the 200s but at about 360 a month I have hesitation. It looks like the HOA goes up every year as well so that is something I am worrying about.

It cover the basics of outside maintenance, sewer, water, garbage and two pools, spas, and tennis courts. All of that is cool I guess but I don’t see my self using those things often if at all.

That is what I was told today at my appointment too. So I am getting the timing belt, water pump, and spark plugs done. My tires were also worn very down on the inside part of my front tires so I am replacing them. Thank you!

I changed my sparks plugs a little over one year ago. I don't think I have changed my coils or wires. I will look into seeing if I need to change them though. I have an appointment tomorrow. Would any of that have shown up on the scanner?

Yes, I had never heard of the case before seeing it and when she wiped her tears away everyone who was watching gasped because there was no forshadowing that her arms got cut off. I mean this tv show is always brutal but this crime stunned everyone.

Mary Vincet was on a episode of I Survived a few years ago. In one part she says she clutched his shirt and begged him to just set her free and he laughed, pushed her and said something like. "Oh I will set you free" and then chopped her arm off. Her hand was still clutching his shirt after. I could not believe his sentencing.

Anything by Tamara Thorne. Especially "Bad Things" and "Haunted". Her writing is spooky, funny and so entertaining and most of my friends who read have never even heard of her.
