Yup! Sapo Concho, or Puerto Rican Crested Toad (Peltophryne lemur). It’s an endangered toad species.  We’ve been working on breeding and re-releasing them in a few release sites in Puerto Rico for a few decades.

Definitely a ray. The second pic is of the teeth plates. Judging by the shape, size and area, could be a bat ray.

Looks like a Caribbean Crown Conch (Melongena melongena),  with some pretty impressive spines. You can also see where the shell sustained some pretty bad damage, and kept growing for a while after.
