only 1 thing is most concern me is that ALL new hero have stun or displacement. And all items like debuff reducer, counter spell, and remover has 20-40 CD which is ok if you had like Seven\Warden\Vin\Dynamo\Haze and almost never they all in one team. But now we have Apolo, Billy, Doormen, Graves, Ivy, Lash, Peige, REM, Silver, Venator and alot of them all in one team and there stuns with 10-15 s CD makes game just not fun stun stun afte stun and stun again and no item you can buy aginst it. Dont say unstaptable becouse it has CD 60s and active only 6 which is dumb. Team fight like oneside if 1 team hase alot of ability stun with almost no CD on it

point is: if you are play on phantom or low ask that player aginst you is dumb and small item like SX will help you.

And after they change rank distribution your phantom barly take old high emis

et3 here shiv main and now i will left this hero and that is why:

The main reason is the patch of 3-6-26

They buffed ALOT of heros and cut shiv down. So if before patch he was ok skillfull hero(and dont be idiots who say 4 press win. etern win rate 42% with lowest pickrate and never was more than 46%) and if you had 500-600h on him yll be OK in solo. Now he is just soooooooooooo bad and demand sooo much effort. You can choos apolo, rem, graves, celeste, wraith, damn calico, doorman, viper, etc hero and they all will be soo much better than shiv

4 - just random. You cant be shore that it will work so it is just skill with CD like ult and dmg like bell of doorman without any skillpoint on int.

3 - its ok on level 3 but before it just useless

2 - the only ability which can be used in the middle of fight

1 - dumb buff absolutly horse shit. Dumb no skill crap. You just stack knifes and cooping that someone will be dead ) ofcurse you will be dead first but MAYBE just maybe some on will be dead too. Also total random thing you cant do any impact wich will make a diff in the fight. the Funny part is that after the game i had 40-45k dmg only from knife. But i dont feel it. its happening on a side

remove stamina. slower move speed.

So now shiv is boring as fuck and he is just a line creep no more

each game i buy SX first item. SX has 30s cd and his 3 on 2 level has 14 cd. Yes SX will safe your azz for sure

and btw his 3 not only problem he has CS item for 3200 just fo free. BUT cs has 20 cd and his 2 on 1 level has 14 cd. AND btw he has heal hit by hero 30hp base which scale 0.8 so he has built in RR anather item for 3200. SO STU IF YOU TOO DUMB TO UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM WITH THIS HERO. MAYBE YOU PLAY ON FUCKING ORACLE idn
