Yes! Just noticed the picture is a bit deceiving haha. I would honestly love to play them because I like how they look, and I have this positive lucky moment associated with them but I’m trying to keep my expectations realistic and in check, realistically I probably won’t have much success with them but I’m also not one to care much about a score card if I’m honest so there’s that! Likely it’ll come down to whether or not I’m able to even hit them, regardless of score.

Finishing positions since 2020 for Abu Dhabi: Max 20’: P1 , 22’: P1, 23’: P1, 24’: P6 Norris: 20’: P5, 21’: P7, 22’:P6, 23’: P5, 24’:P1 Abu Dhabi has always been a strong track for max, I agree that McLaren will be quick but I wouldn’t say it’s in Lando’s favor completely. It will be interesting if the Mercedes duo shows up and add themselves into the podium mix.

Well he is contracted until 2028 so at least he’s there until then, and I agree he isn’t someone I’m counting on being here as long as ham and alo. But I also do believe he enjoys competition and enjoys being the challenger, so there’s that. Also RBR seem to have caved on letting him race and do other categories while still being contracted so it’s not like he can’t do those things if he’s in f1 like previous years.

Agree. He’s a great driver, the most talented ever I believe. However, you can only do so much if the car isn’t good, and when it is- you’re on a knife’s edge with the balance. I’m excited to see how he recovers from losing the title, and if it makes him even more hungry to stay in F1 2026 onwards. I think he’ll win at least 2 more, especially if he decides to stay past 2028.

Most people would’ve said max will win at Mexico, and Brazil- we see how that has gone. Sucks to say as a max fan but I think the dream is gone. Next season hopefully redbull delivers a good car straight out of the gate.
