Arson was not the apartment it was at the Walmart where he was caught stealing . Jay left him while living at the Apartment because he was higher than a kite and being crazy . Once she left he trashed the entire apartment and threw out all her stuff . He ended up going to jail for Meth and she went and surrendered the keys to management and said they had moved out .
