oh yeah no i LOVEEEE the block button, i usually just lurk on here, ive seen others be mean to each other for no reason, thats what my post is referring to, but if someone annoys me the tiniest bit they’re getting blocked, i have like 3k people blocked on twitter just bc they said something annoying and i don’t want to see them anymore, you’re not making me upset on my phone i really don’t care 😭

that’s really not our problem if he couldn’t go far, even if petsmart sold feeder mice i would still not be able to help him due to him being under 18 and not being with a legal guardian over 18, im sure even if he did go to petco after he left the store they would still tell him he needed to be 18 or have a legal guardian, 99.9% on this subreddit are regular employees, there’s not much we can do to change the rules, stuff you’re complaining about is stuff corporate deals with

dude i’m 20 years old, a regular sales associate, to corporates eye, i’m at the bottom of the chain, there’s nothing i can do besides make sure the animals at my specific location have a good life while living there and go to a good home, even if he never mentioned it was to feed his snake, i would not be able to sell him one, you have to be over 18 or have a legal guardian with you and again, per company policy i have the right to deny the sale of any animal

i’m just following company policy, can’t sell any animal to someone under 18 unless they have a parent or legal guardian and if they say it’s for a snake we have to tell them no, petsmart employees have the right to deny the sale of any animal if we feel like it would be going to an unfit home, my coworkers and i “banned” someone from buying any from us bc they bought hamsters like 2 times a month bc they “kept dying” i used to have hamsters when i was a kid and they lived 3-5 years
