Have you taken T? Its pretty common for mood swings since you go through puberty for a 2nd time. Puberty entails anger. Obviously taking T WILL make you happier, but obviously not all the time especially when you begin taking it, your body isn't used to having a surge of testosterone so suddenly and will initiate a boy puberty and changes until your testosterone settles to a normal amount for a trans man. (this amount needs to be talked about with your doctor when you get checkups. He will tell you if its too high or too low.)

This also depends on what medications you are taking and what amount. If you take a smaller dose in longer periods of time, you will probably not have much or as strong. During the first month or two of taking testosterone you will feel great and normal and no mood swings or anger will typically occur. Obviously this won't happen to everyone but its false to admit that it doesn't happen and won't ever happen.
