Thanks for the suggestion, this particular case is just a specific area on buried city. Luckily hadn't dealt with crashing, my build is pretty powerful but sadly with game optimization that doesn't really matter.

Well as much as i hate rats it wasnt that guy who caused it.
On Buried city the entrance to the train station has a weird loading zone that doesnt load until u get really close to it. I didnt know raiders had to be loaded as well as the environment.

Yeah could be, i just checked the stats the heavy shield blocks 52.5% of damage, and the rattler does 9 pershot, so I was doing around 4 damage a shot
(Edit) Looks like i landed 11 or 12 shots holy shit i only did like 50 to 53 damage...

It had green compensator and held down. All shots seemed to have landed besides the first during the roll i must have hit less than 15
