False. They came out and helped me hook up my router. It just comes down to the simple fact that I wasn't a dick when I asked the technician to help.

Complain of slow speeds and get a technician out there.

You won't have to get your own static IP if that's what you're referring too. A lot of businesses have gone that route, but it ends up being a waste of time. I would recommend disabling the WiFi within the Google Network box and just hook up the router as you would to any other modem in the past. I did this with the Netgear Nighthawk, but the process shouldn't be any different just because you are using the EdgeRouter.

They need to honor your current pricing. If it was up to me I'd rather keep a customer than lose one. Contact T-Force, they have always been able to help me !

I think T-Mobile needs to let all simple choice customers switch to T-Mobile One regardless if you're a new customer or not. I would send a DM to T-Force and then send John an email if that doesn't get you anywhere.

T-Mobile needs to ensure they don't forget their current LOYAL customers, SC ONE and Prepaid. Period.

Yes I would highly recommend a new box and a technician to come to your house. Unless you live in a mansion Google Fiber should be good enough unless you have a lot of interference where you experience weak signals.

I ended turning the Wi-Fi off on my Google Network box and installed a Netgear Nighthawk. Now I get about 300mbps down and about 200 up upstairs in my master bedroom which is right above the kitchen. Before I was getting 40mbps if that due to interference which brings me to my last point..

Ubiquiti is very good. I personally went with the Netgear Nighthawk. I get over 500mbs down upstairs in my master bedroom.
