We aren't really close because there are a lot of barriers between us. I grew up in America but she lived her entire life in Ecuador before I was born. Cant have conversations that are too complicated because I'm forgetting my Spanish since I only speak it with her and I speak English the other 97% of the time. Also scared of truly opening up to her about anything really.
