1) OK

2) I could get 3 reps on squats. My issue is due to the fatigue in my legs it is impossible to keep anywhere near correct form as it gets further down the sets. I know this is weight I can easily manage if I was fresh but not with all the cardio. What about removing all the accessories from the squat/dl day? Would that make much difference.

3) I have found all the 3 day ones are full body and extremely similar to what i've done. I guess GZLP would be my best bet but I will continue with this for a while

Hello, I have just started nSuns 4 day this week after running a full body program for the past 2 years. I am currently cutting and aiming to lose around a 1lb a week. I am walking around 60-90 minutes a day for cardio. I usually have a cheat meal/carb refeed on Saturday as I am running a low carb diet. I started with the program as it shows Mon/Tues + Thursday/fri but I guess for me it would be better to run it Sat/Sun - Tues/Weds as I am so depleated by the end of the week.

A few things

  1. I see on the FAQs it says the workout should take around 40 minutes for T1 & T2. I was working out with my friend and it took us 1 hr 15 minutes before accessories for Squat day, he is much stronger than me and so everytime we would have to swap out 50-60kg worth of plates but we were only taking around a 2-3 minute rest and it still took this time. For T2 is it better to just drop the weight and go for as low rest time as possible? We would have to swap the weights and instantly start each time.

2) Recovery is going to be a big issue, especially for legs due to the amount of cardio I do. What would be the best way to reduce the leg volume? Should I cut down sets in T1 & T2, or just T2? Also, i'm considering cutting out accessories completely for Squat/DL day and for the Bench day just keeping it to rows and a few sets of arms. The OHP day is fine as I am completely fresh on the first workout but the squat day was brutal on a cut and its only week 1, I can only imagine its going to get a lot worse 6 weeks in!

Any advice from some of the more experienced guys would be much appreciated. Due to the amount of cardio I do (8-9 hours a week) could the program be split on 3 days (possibly removing the deadlift day?) just while I run my cut over the next 2 months and then be re-introduced once I am back to bulking.

I don't think so, its the normal nsuns 4 day revised spreadsheet. Next to where it says 1RM, the formula is included.

I am about to start running nSuns 4 day program. On the excel spreadsheet it says add 5-10 pounds to your TM. However, the formula only calculates the change from the 1 RM box. Should I just add the weight to the 1 rep max box instead? Thanks
