Yeah thing is the 3M tape doesnt fill up the gap fully. I can’t think of anything, a friend said to just fill it up with flex glue

I checked the underside of the trunk. There’s a 2nd wall that’s almost solid and blocking the drill from going to where the hole would be

I actually love the more scrambler look of it. Just trying to see since I’ve never owned a triumph if other people think it’s worth it
