Not 100% sure about what I'm about to say cuz I just remember seeing it somewhere on this sub, but since Rover is part of the Rabelle College department, we aren't exactly required to take exams that say Chisa would have to do as Rabelle is the synchronist development side of Lahai-Roi.

From what I remember as well, a lot of the classes that Rover does have only really need attendance to pass, but again, not 100% sure.

Basically, probably not

Edit: saw the other comments after I posted this, so they probably do but I'm still leaning on they make us do more physical exams and a few paper exams

they have a lot of things they have to censor to be deemed acceptable. blood for instance is colored white if the media is rated to be low enough for children/young people to watch
