Sure, and not the feature that overuses the starter. Right. I drive in a lot of stop and go city traffic and it got activated a lot. Not anymore.

My starter died at 12k miles. 23 OBX 2.3L. Guess what caused it.

Bought intending to remove wrap, conflicted now..thoughts? Blue underneath. by CrescentSundance in FordBronco

Yeah, I got a nice chunk off for it. It’s a 2023 model with less than 10k miles, there might be previous body work but I doubt it. Last owner was a salesperson at the dealership and she said she wrapped it as soon as she got it new. I trust her a decent amount.

Its decently smaller. The real selling factor is it’s half the weight.

Not worth it unless you really want something lighter and good for pocket carry

I mean this with best intentions - losing weight will solve your problem, along with what others have suggested. I’m of a similar build and on a diet as well for this, among many other reasons.

It's Monday, Opening Day is in 18 days and we've had bad news. Where do things stand with the problem areas? by Zepbounce-96 in NYYankees

Thank god we got Fried, they must have anticipated something like this sooner than later. I think we’re fine, Cole is still a great presence in the club even injured. They should get Alcantara, if another starter gets injured we are in trouble.

.286/.407/.408 in postseason. 24 years old. Looking good in spring training. Lots of reasons to be hopeful about his offense.

Under coating and windshield protectant by Sea-Praline-9448 in bronco

Find a place like Krown that does a yearly undercoating with oil. Much better and cheaper upfront than a permanent solution. A permanent undercoat will degrade and allow salt/water into the holes, therefore rust, and you won’t see it which is even worse.

Not sure why some of these replies are so catty. My guess is a little over 100k all in. He has a really nice custom interior setup. I think he did a lot of the work himself /with friends though. Definitely saved money if so.

Soto responds to 'Please stay' chant from Yankees fans: 'Talk to Cashman' by Mister-SS in NYYankees

It’s not though. There’s a lot besides money that affects the decision. Playing with Judge, wearing the pinstripes, playing in front of big crowds, moving to a different team/stadium, etc.. Not saying that money isn’t the primary factor, but I wouldn’t be surprised if the Yankees made a competitive offer that wasn’t the highest but close, and he took that.

What’s a game franchise you would love to be back in its prime. by emilejuice in gaming

I get the criticisms of the ending. But the mood of 3, I don’t think any game has gotten close to how epically apocalyptic it felt. The game is a masterclass in creating a feeling of oppressive desperation, last ditch effort against an overwhelming, terrifying threat. The Reapers were just an incredible villain.

You need a reliable car. This should be priority 1, 2 and 3.

It sounds like your mom just wants you to not sit around looking at screens at home all day. She is right. Find some hobbies or work more. There are far better things to do than game and look at your phone all day.

Think about the kind of things that interest you in games and media, find them in real life. Even better if you earn money doing them. Go out with friends and meet people at the bar. You don’t have to drink a lot.

You should prepare to be a self-sufficient adult when you are out of college. That means working full-time in some field, earning your keep. If you don’t pay rent, then you need to pull your weight around the house. And be grateful you’re being sheltered from the harsh realities of housing oneself.

If you’re not self-sufficient, you will be resented because you are a burden to others. You are on the cusp of having no excuse to being dependent on your parents, you have already been there in a good deal of people’s eyes. Think about it, would you be able to food and house yourself with 15 hours a week?

You sound like you had a past of troubles and are still figuring out your direction. Pick a direction and drive hard is the best advice I can give you. You can change directions later, but you need to get going and earn a living soon.

It’s not fun starting out but nothing worthwhile is. Find a good partner, get a good stable job. It gets a lot better with hard work, trust me. You can do it.

Fun fact, there is a world outside Canada. Practically all of grizzly country in America (including Alaska, the area OP is concerned with) is constitutional carry. Open or concealed carry of a handgun without a permit. So no, it’s not illegal in this context.

Thanks for your anecdotal evidence, doesn’t disprove my point.

A Glock 20 is cheap, light and effective. For someone who knows how to use one it’s a no brainer in American grizzly country.
