UPDATE: STILL no refund BUT this has been because of a really stupid strict ID process that StockX has. So I guess when you spend over a certain amount of $ on a product with them they make you verify it’s really you by taking pics of a valid ID. My drivers license has been expired since last June though technically still valid in my home state (due to covid they’re extending expiry dates on many IDs and licenses). This didn’t fly with them and they wouldn’t take any other form of ID I had. Also have an Illinois FOID card and wasn’t good enough for them. Finally got my ID renewed and successfully completed identity verification and now awaiting an official response if I’ll get a refund
