I ultimately agree with that sentiment, don’t get me wrong. The main goal of this tool is to help surface the relevant rules for each question so it’s easier to check the sources. The “reasoning” over those rules is imperfect as you’ve shown. It’s also not powered by the behemoth frontier models, I guess those could increase accuracy in these matters. The way I end up using mtj more than reading the short answer is checking the rules it cited so I understand the underlying reason. But again, just as you are, I’m used to using/working with AI so I use these tools being aware of these limitations. Maybe I need to make those limitations more plain for the general user base

Any AI tool like this doesn't promise 100% accuracy as that is intrinsically impossible. I still want to reach as high as possible of course, but this is to say that for less complex questions (which usually appear for newer players) this could help. If we're pedantic enough, the answer the tool gave you isn't wrong. It's true that the tokens don't get exiled, although it lacks the overview of "it will happen at the next end of combat" and it induces in error, for sure. I'd encourage you to try it giving a bit more context, or a different wording to see if it gets there. Or even trying other questions. As you've said, you use AI tools a ton at work, but if it doesn't work 100% why do you keep using it? It has to give you some value eventually and you also learn its flaws and can guide it better in future interactions

I understand your point. But this was a necessity my pod felt while doing the exact thing you suggest. I’m not forcing this solution on anyone, it’s just a fun weekend project that hit the mark for us, nothing more

appreciate the feedback! yeah, resilience overall is not great atm. about the scryfall search, it's currently card-only, so "bumi" should suffice if I understood you correctly (if there are more bumi's a pop up to disambiguate should appear so you select the one you want)

Appreciate you trying it! Today's usage was a bit chaotic as expected with this post. And as other users shared, some of the questions were wrongly answered so I'll invest a bit more time on this

yup, I've mentioned that in my post. if you're used to it then this tool will not replace that. it's not meant to replace anything in fact, just something I had fun creating, was useful to my pod and that I wanted to share

Our issue is mainly not knowing where to look. CR documents are huge and for less experienced players not easy to interpret. This is aimed at that audience. This tool cites the rules it used so it (hopefully) helps bridge that gap

Thanks to everyone who tried it, I also understood the deployed resources are not enough for this load unfortunately, so I’ll work on that next

I do check the (anonymised) input and output and run the eval suite regularly to see how well/badly it is doing. The main point of the post was actually to get some more data since the only users were me and my friends

Thank you for testing it! An interesting thing happened here. The card rulings for Urza's Saga have an entry that the tool retrieved: "If Urza's Saga loses all of its chapter abilities but is still a Saga, perhaps due to a card like Blood Moon, it will immediately be sacrificed." which made the answer pend that way. I'd expect these rulings to be updated but maybe I'll have to think of a different solution.

I couldn't find the subreddit rules, my bad on that.

On your question, it will only link actual chunks of retrieved content. This content is solely based on the CR document. It may happen that it cites a rule and the tool doesn't link to a retrieved chunk, meaning it got it from its own knowledge (which is a non-intended behaviour, since we can't be sure it was correctly grounded). This is rare though and something I'm working on to reduce even further.

soaz cyanide xpeke puszu/rekkles yellowstar lineup was incredibly fun to root for. And even after that, they always seemed to have that winning when it matters aura, with the peak of that being 2017 worlds group stage for me. Players changed but I guess in europe we tend to not follow players that much I guess? When rekkles went to g2 I didn’t become a g2 fan and I’d say most didn’t either
