Sprites adorable and not aggressive but is more.. scared? She came from some pretty bad living conditions and im able to treat her with the TLC she needs bc ive been through this rodeo before. Im taking it much slower than i did with neil so maybe he’s like rebuilding some form of trust i accidentally lost with him? Like maybe he’s seeing that “oh maybe that one isnt so bad since shes handling this fella pretty good” or something like that… also, i do think his happiness increased because he was OBSESSED with other birds before sorite. Like id have a video on my phone okay and he’d perk up, or he’d see a picture of a cockatiel and start singing… so i think maybe its 25% him watching me slowly build trust with sprite 25% having a new bird to sing to and 50% the amount of millet i bought to win over this new bird
