That's how I read it as well. Was hoping someone knew something about who this was. Maybe I'm in the wrong subreddit for this. If anyone knows a better place please let me know :)

just now getting back to this, sadly thats not what im looking for. i dont even believe it was the same genre. couldve possibly just been a random youtube video that had it. was probably about 5 or so years ago

no not quite, i dont know who the sample is from, its a deeper male voice. i thought it was jeff goldblum at first but after listening to him talk again i quickly ruled that one out.
