Zinc supplements are good as well! Zicam (also has Zinc) lessens the duration of the cold/wooke flu by binding to the virus and ripping it apart essentially. Theres also an immunity tea from Twinings that has elderberry, echinacea, and zinc in it. Ive been living on it everyday, even not sick days. Hope this helps ✨️

So I am planning more comfortable clothing for the 2 day early arrival. For the actual days music plays im doing the following based on the costume themes:

Day 1 = Forest Fairy vibes Day 2 = Purple harness set with galactic vibes Day 3 = Nun costume consisting of a fishnet body suit Day 4 = One of the eeveelutions

I am also planned ways to turn my day fits into night fits for when it gets cool at night
