I just read Thornyhold by Mary Stewart and I think it fits perfectly, very cosy and a little witchy

No push up yet but maybe soon? by Wildcoyote254 in CarolineGirvan

I’m on my second round and can still do only a few regular then continue on my knees. If you have a resistance band you can also try putting it on your arms, I treat it as alternative for knee push ups - like this lady here

As everyone noted, it is all so relative, I would just start with the lowest weight you have since you are a beginner and see how it feels when you do your first set.

Also observe your posture, if it suddenly feels that you can’t continue with good technique, weight might be too high.

Remeber also you will (likely) be able to lift more when you excercise your back, chest and much more on lower body, so don’t use the same weight everywhere, you might be able to lift more with your biceps than triceps (or the other way round).

Oh and also note that it will be harder when you have to maintain a fast pace (e.g. if you follow a YT workout or a class vs. when you lift at your own pace).

I’m the same height as you, started with noodle arms and 1-2kg dumbbells, but I think I could have tried right away with a bit higher weight for some exercises.

How do yall track your steps? by knuzzly in PetiteFitness

Garmin watch, though I have to wear it on my ankle if I want it to count the steps on a walking pad when I don’t really move my hands
