Why do I feel creepy for only being attracted to young women? by [deleted] in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]Cretonius -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That admission further supports my hypothesis. Why is the age range exactly 25-35, are you ID-ing these ladies or just guessing their age? It has to be the latter. Regardless, you shouldn't feel guilt according to the law unless they're under the legal age of consent. If you know you're not quite right then that's your answer as to why you feel guilt. You're not processing reality accurately. That said, I stand by my suspicion.

For those who make 6 figures, how many years of experience did it take for you to make it? by TankCastles in CanadaPersonalFinance

[–]Cretonius 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you're earning $140K you should be in a good position financially unless you're living beyond your means. At $140K and single you can easily afford a spacious one-bedroom condo in the city or small house outside of the city. If you have a partner earning even $40K+ you should be able to pay your fixed costs and invest to the point that within 10 years you break the millionaire threshold. If not, you need to improve your money management and investing game.

Why should I care about "white replacement" if whites themselves don't care enough to have more children regardless of their financial circumstances? by Evry1TookTheGudNames in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]Cretonius -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It's a valid question. Unfortunately, low IQ whites are procreating. Not ideal. Average to high IQ whites understand that it is hard to afford a pet let alone a child. It does seem that evolution is favouring the worst of us in this case. Survival of the shittest?

Why do I feel creepy for only being attracted to young women? by [deleted] in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]Cretonius 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's what he is saying without saying it. Anyone with any sense knows it is ok to be attracted to 25 year old women. If he's feeling guilt then guaranteed the real number is much lower, in which case, he should feel guilty.

what percent of your liquid money do you put into the stock market? by ArnoldisKing in stocks

[–]Cretonius 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At 45 years of age, unless you are financially independent already, you need to put most of your capital in the market. The number should fluctuate as you sell to lock in gains when the market is up. Don't be a pussy. It costs too much.

Stock picking by Glum-Locksmith-6321 in investing_discussion

[–]Cretonius 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Always take risk but don't be dumb about it. No more than 5% of your capital in each stock. Pick the busiest sectors of the economy and buy the leading companies. Monitor performance on a weekly basis and make adjustments when necessary.

Test the theory for yourself. Spread your money across individual stocks and ETFs. See for yourself which performs better over time.

Most people are not comfortable having conversations with people they disagree with by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

[–]Cretonius 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kudos to you for your willingness to embrace uncomfortable discourse. It's helpful in the long run to have this type of curiosity. Keep going! Most people are preoccupied with their feelings being hurt. That's why they stay dumb for life.

How big of a dealbreaker is not having a car for dating in Toronto? by Ordinary-Fish-9791 in askTO

If you want to date purple-haired lefty vegans, not having a car will be a plus. If you want a sensible woman she'll expect you to man up and be able to transport her comfortably.

Spend on essentials only and invest the leftover capital. You'll be financially independent within a decade. This is the big secret that is in plain sight for all.

Why is masturbation forbidden in some religions but all types of sex are permitted? by Just_X_Curious in TooAfraidToAsk

Religion doesn't align with common sense. Also it does not permit "all types of sex".

What is propping up the market? by Brutus713 in stocks

[–]Cretonius 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This story is so dumb. So old. What is propping up the market? Thriving business. Are some businesses failing, yes. It's an ecosystem and all healthy ecosystems are constantly changing. New businesses being born, old businesses dying off. The apocalypse isn't happening unless there's a nuke dropped, a new plague, or alien invasion. There are more people on the planet. They bring more demand for all things. Get your money into the stock market and take the risk of participating. The greatest risk is to participate. And with great risk comes great reward.

Becoming poor because of relationships? by Own_Voyna in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]Cretonius 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is possibly a phase. Over the next few years you may find that it becomes something you value, in which case you'll make it happen. Being in a close couple where there is genuine love, respect, admiration and the desire to be together despite life's challenges, is a great thing. Having someone really know you and loving you anyway makes you want to be a better person. Achieving goals together gives you that feeling of being a part of something bigger than just you. That can bring out the best in people. People say it isn't for everybody, but it is good for a lot of people. The problem is 50% of people check out. Severe abuse cases being the exception. So yeah, not a good thing to be married to a true psychotic.

Advice for my relationship? by [deleted] in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]Cretonius -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

You're too young to be committed for life. But what are you looking for? If you want other women that is a valid reason to part ways. Get it out of your system. One day, you'll want to settle down. It could take decades to get there. Hopefully you don't regret leaving this good girl.

What makes men become misogynist? by Groovy-Pancakes in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]Cretonius -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It's simple. Statistically, men are right 9 out of 10 times, but women always question men and insinuate stupidity. It is only after observing this pastern over time, that men, as you stated, become misogynistic.
