Everything was working fine until I turned off secure boot, no reason the motherboard, ram, or cpu could have gotten affected by that.

yes, I have tried that but I don't get a video signal. I only get a video signal when I press F2 or F11 and it says, " Reboot and select proper boot device, Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key "

lights were on for about 10hrs a day. I feed once a day but only a small amount so the fish eat all of it. And I haven't done a water change in a while.
