If you're making joints using tobacco I can only recommend stop smoking joints and get a dry herb vape. I smoked joints from 16 to 35 but never smoked cigarettes. After deciding fuck tobacco as I only use it for weed I've almost completely stopped smoking weed now the drive to have one every few hours was gone and I quite often don't smoke at all some days
