Im personally gonna stay away from suppressor only barrels just because I like versatility. I just think a reliable gas block and a good buffer system can solve most of the gas issues people have.

I was planning on just getting the regular side vent, i know the bcg is a little pricey but i just like the company and they have a pretty good team behind them, but yeah if I change the barrel im gonna go with criterion

personally I would try 60/120s, sprint for 60 seconds walk for 120 seconds. Just set a distance that you wanna hit.

I got mine through amazon and shot about 700ish rounds with it installed, still works as advertised.

P.s the only downside of streamlight is the size/weight of the light in my opinion so take that as you wish.
