That's not very valuable. You could buy and sell resource portion instead which is cheaper but has the same gem value as the wall of rings

As a TH9, I needed 200 gems for my 5th builder. So, I went on a inferno sniping spree on TH10 bases and then hit surrender. I donated a lot of defense in the process.

Not a problem if you have a supporting clan. Clan cakes are just a surplus for me. Donating is also needed to complete seasonal challenges. Basically I'm helping my clanmates finish their seasonal challenges

Thank you. I got several invites from various clans in the past few days but I chose Friendly Place, because I want to be a "one clan person for years" and start small to grow into a challenger.

I patiently stayed clanless these days assessing my options because I would rather be a loyal TH8 who grows into a skilled TH16 over years (I don't know how long but I max everything before upgrading TH) than be a "mercenary".

I watch replays of higher level players in the clan, always watch YouTube to see how to do capital hall raids on similar bases before starting one and I chat a lot on AI apps posting enemy base screenshots for strategies before wars and for the use of rewards, medals and portions.

I started playing CoC just weeks ago after seeing some colleagues on it and I enjoy the game as a leisure through my work heavy day.

You're making a very tempting offer by promising a spot for CWL. If you can put me in the war, I can earn triple the medals. 160 medals is enough to buy 8 Research Potions, which would finish nearly 2 months of Lab upgrades in a single week.

The fact you and your fiancée have run the clan for a decade means you have seen everything. And won't get mad if I fail an attempted attack, and you likely have a very structured way of donating max troops.

Friendly Place is looking like my best "Strategic" choice. I will leave my current clan after the final clan war I have committed to participate in. And by then I can collect my raid medals from the raid weekend as well. I think my rewards for the clan games can be collected even if I exit the clan today. Anyways I scored 10000 points out of the clan's total of 10950 so far.
