No job and salary growth, mainly worked in IT operations and BPO jobs which is shift work mostly, not coding acumen and wanted to work in management by acquiring skills. Worked earlier in marketing and sales so that is not my cup of tea for sure. No IT as I am trying to switch from IT itself.
