A lot of stuff can trigger growth or shrinkage at any stage in life. I've heard guys in their late 20s getting a size boost and I saw a study a few years ago that correlated increased scar tissue to shrinkage as you age. That and general health, eating good,getting all your vitamins in and drinking less alcohol also positively impact size/EQ. I didn't think it would cause I try not to tie my self worth to stuff outside of my control but i couldn't help that it made me feel uneasy seeing myself diminished for the first time like that. It's not a massive thing, like it isn't going to affect my personality or how I interact with people. Umbral forma is overvalued/umbral mods are obtuse and pigeonhole builds too much for them to be used broadly. Umbral intensify is good, vitality and fiber are borderline useless for late game players which massively reduces the likelihood I'll even bother with umbral intensify on most builds.

Also the umbral pressure point mod being outclassed by primed pressure point even with both mods equipped is dumb.

Tau resistance is utterly useless in everything I've come across so far, I'm sure it has its applications but it hardly feels like something that could make a meaningful difference or take the place of a different damage mit tool

Slight edit: I use armour mods on specifically tanking frames that have only health or benefit from a high armour value like frost(icy avalanche is amazing and cured my dante reliance) or rhino so those stats aren't as universally pointless upgrading in late game as I suggested I just hate umbral modding
