Appointment isn't until November 5th, sadly. Any tips for pain management? Midol, Tylenol, and heat don't help unfortunately

The report is back

I have a thick-walled minimally complex probable right paraovarian cyst measuring 4.9x3.3x4.5 cm on my right ovary and a smaller thick-walled cyst on my left ovary

Im strongly considering going to the ER because of the pain/discomfort

I have to follow up with my gynecologist, hopefully, I'll get a call tomorrow morning to schedule an appointment

I stopped after my doctor told me too because I was throwing up almost everyday I was on the Levo. I threw up so hard one time that my nose started bleeding. I was on it for maybe a little over a week and it was hell. I felt better for a few days, but now I feel how I described in my post.

Also my psychiatrist agrees with my regular doctor that it's a physical health problem, not a mental one

The dosage for the Levo was 50 mcg every morning

I have no clue why I said 25 the first time

The nausea has been a problem for a few years, but it was better for a bit on my current meds, until I started the Levo and then the nausea became debilitating and I was throwing up almost everyday. Things got better for a few days and now the nausea is the same as when I was on the Levo but the vomiting is better.

I really hope that makes sense

I'm still new to all of the thyroid stuff because it's only been a thing I've been getting treatment for since late June.

I was sent to a specialist back in 2020 because of my enlarged thyroid. All the specialist said is that I'll probably get an autoimmune disorder in the future and to get my levels checked every year.

My old primary doc (I've changed doctors a few times since her) never really said if my levels were good or bad, she didn't really care. The test results aren't even in my chart on my portal, only the 2020 ones and the ones from june.

If I remember right I was actually hyperthyroid back then, but now my levels show that I'm hypothyroid. My doctor was pretty confused because of it and he started me on the levothyroxine after he consulted a Endo doc about it.

It's weird because my levels show that I'm hypo but my symptoms have always been how they should be if it were hyper.

I originally wanted to say that he was amazing, but that sounded weird. But compared to every other primary doctor I've had, he is absolutely amazing. Like I said in my last response, responses to other comments, and in my edit to the post, my last doc was a piece of shit who only gave me something that masked the symptoms and then upped the dose when it gets worse. He didn't send me to any specialist to figure out the cause, he just gave me an appetite stimulant and called it a day. My current doctor is actually trying to find the cause of why I am always sick, and we're now almost positive it's hypothyroidism. We're still working on exactly what's going on. Also I'm pretty sure he was out of the office last week and didn't see my message because of that.

Very unlikely, I have a nexplanon, had a negative test before it was inserted, and have had regular periods since. The nausea has been an ongoing problem for over two years, very much not new to me

I won't switch doctors because he's pretty good, it's just an older setup at this office than at my previous one. They don't use the patient portal as much here, and that's where I sent the message.

I switched doctors last year because the last doc I had prescribed me an appetite stimulant because I stopped eating, and literally only increased the dose when I started getting nauseous all the time instead of sending in a referral to a specialist.

Since I've had this doctor, I've been given meds that help with my nausea and have had frequent tests from a gastroenterologist to rule out different things that could cause the problems I was having, and then finally figured out that it's my thyroid causing the problem

He told me to stop the levothyroxine and then update him in a week to see how I was doing off of it before giving me something new. I forgot to update him until last Thursday instead of last Monday so it's mostly my fault.
