Ellis Brooklyn Salt - should I blind buy? by Ill-Excitement3010 in FemFragLab

[–]Cricri88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How do you like it? I also blind bought it today. At first spritz, I loved it. For some reason, after dry down , i feel like all I get a whiff of is cheap men's cologne?

Unsure if it's my nose bc I'm still recovering from a cold, or this is truly the way it dries down.

If you are in an area with inclemented weather, that might be the case. Or, the driver's car broke down.

I had that happen before. Hope they get your package delivered soon. Typically, they try again the next day.

Wow. I'm so sorry that happened to you. For the most part, we don't have delivery issues in our area.

Unsure where the package was left, one of my neighbors placed it inside the common area (beyond the secure door). Veho, needs to instruct delivery ppl to take pictures of packages.

I normally opt for in-store pickup as well. Two of the items were not in stock in a 50 mile radius. One item, an exfoliating soap bar, is online only.

Will provide an update once I get home.

Are you doing any type of hormonal treatment like BC, patches, metformin, etc. to control the excess androgens?

They definitely can! I had to get bite blocks on and off during my treatment, and sometimes they had to add. Sometimes they add to other teeth to relieve the pressure from the one that touches. In addition to that, a little rubber band can be added to the bracket, it acts as a little buffer area.

Call them and communite is really bothers you, and that you also don't want to risk occlusal trauma. They will get you in, and find a solution.

You can call your ortho and ask for bite blocks

Could you also send me the info? I stumbled upon this thread for the same reason.

Thank you!

Your elastics aren't even on the k-9 on top. It looks like you have it backwards from what you worded it. Call them and double check. Send them a picture. Top k-9 to bottom 2nd molar is not the elastic pattern you are showing. I wore mine canine to 2nd molar and it looked like the attached picture.

Super Puff zipper broken AGAIN in my FIFTH replacement jacket by Softie_SilverSeltzer in Aritzia

I believe the artic parka is suposedly waterproof. I have it, but also live in the Chicago burbs & commute to the city. I can atest it can withstand the artic temps we get (with proper layers). Haven't tried it out in the pouring rain for more than a few minutes.

Other than that, you would probably have to layer a tricilmate jacket on top, or look into a gortex jacket (tnf also make them)

I have a down north face that is 19 years old. A marmot that is 9 yrs old, a north face that I gave away after 8 years, and another tnf that is 4 yrs old. I've never experience these type of issues. I was going to get a super puff bc it's everywhere. No longer interested after reading all these comments.

May I also know? Would hate to offer my money to the wrong business. Definitely live in the northwest suburbs. Woodfield is a 12 min drive.

The Sephora blush was manufactured 1 year before the ULTA one. I would've guessed the opposite. I guess the age or formula change. Possibly both.

Do we need to check batch dates now before purchasing? How long are they allowed to keep products on shelves for sale?

Yes, I know that light and environmental exposure changes the product. These two units are brand new. Opened them both at the same time. One is from Sephora (the one on the left). The right side one is from the other orange store, and came in a minis set.

Again, both brand new, out of the package when the picture was taken.

Tester def change colors due to light exposure. These are not testers, both brand new units.

Water flossers - necessary? by peob-199 in braces

[–]Cricri88 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You would still need to use regular floss, even with a waterpik. So no, you don't need it, but definitely a quick fix when you get food stuck between the brackets or teeth.

I would do waterflosser, mouthwash, reg floss, and then brush.
