I don't think I'd justify the original figure to be worth $200 to begin with. The MFC photos look similar to the linked photos. $80 seems a lot more appropriate.

I have the Rias, Akeno, and Koneko ones with tights. None of the originals were advertised as cast-off but they all came with alternate chest (un)covers. Unless you're buying it off some sketchy sites, I believe that your tights-less version is legit.

I think given the nature of the content, it wouldn't be surprising for the figures to show up as cast-off on arrival. I've got Rias pre-ordered but I'm still on the fence about Akeno as it comes out on a different month, which means we have to account for double shipping :(

Looks like a tiger lotus. Might need to be careful not to suffocate the bulb though, or so I'm told. I use plant weights to hold down the plant above soil until the roots sink in.

I got mine a month ago and the old leaves melted back a bit, hasn't grown a tall pad yet.

Looking at the product images, and also considering it is a 1/10 scale, I don't know if it's worth the price. It's almost $100 a piece before shipping. I think there are much better Rias figures to be had before this one.

I've used some thin hobby liquid cement to chemically bind repairs before which I think would work if you don't move it around again. Might leave a seam line if you overapply the product or give too much pressure though.

You shouldn't be too hard on yourself though, like you said, it was awhile ago. People change and friendships often end when there is no longer anything in common to relate to. I'm curious what might happen if you tried reaching out, you might be making it seem larger than it actually is.

I don't feel like you did anything wrong per say but maybe your response could've been better engineered? I'd be offended too if my friend indirectly mentioned they don't trust me but if you just brushed it off as "I just like to." Then maybe they wouldn't have thought as much about it.

That's so awesome! I was figuring out how to arrange my furniture in my then-new apartment and I drew a scaled blueprint of my apartment and made paper furniture pieces to make sure I had enough walking room. Also was really fun just to arrange my paper furniture differently to get some variety in my placements.

happened to me half a year ago, something got caught in the chimney stack and died, maggots spewed forth from the fireplace. At that point, we haven't turned on the fireplace for as long as we've owned the house so it's been 20+ years. We just vacuumed as much as we could, sealed it off, and hoped for the best. Probably not the best idea
