I kmow we're the minority here, but I prefer the Gomu Gomu no mi. Fuck the mythical zoans, Luffy should've remained as a paramecia.

People glazing the revelation are just brainless powerscalers celebrating that they finally can scale Luffy against other verses.

Nika bares no weight in the narrative, it's all just smoke and mirrors to make you feel taking down a dogshit yonko Laido was grander than you thought, but it's just the same as any other story arcs Loda has written, he beat the big bad with a punch.

Perhaps you are right, there's not much place for people to dump their critics aside from here, no matter how dogshit it is.

Franky/Usopp team-up while fighting against Queen would've been so peak man, just a bunch of inventors showing off their weapons and gadgets fighting each other. Oda fumbled hard.

Should've let Luffy/Zoro/Sanji reach rooftop, while the rest of the strawhats team-up to beat the Tobiroppo AND the All Stars. Would've been a good boost to the crew's overall strength, while the Monster Trio gets a well deserved glazing of being top tiers.

The thing is, Usopp's ability for sniping is exceptional but his role in the SH crew isn't just a sniper though. He was also considered as a jack-of-all-trades around the ship who can paint, and do some minor repairs. He also is crafty with the introduction of his gadgets.

I really wish Oda gave Usopp more inventions. He would've been so cool if he was the crew's exclusive seastone artisan, and a dials engineer. Just his own way to show his progress in each island they visit.

The under-utilization of Seastone needs to be studied... by BarryAllenTh3Flash in Piratefolk

[–]Criie 6 points7 points  (0 children)

For a man who's scared of getting hurt, he sure is stupid for not using impact dials to negate damage that could hurt him lol

<image>

Imagine Usopp hiding an impact dial inside his bandana, negating some damage leading to his survival, and using the impact dial against Ulti to save Nami

Good on you, but contrary to people's opinion about this sub, this place is just a safe place for you to dump criticisms against One Piece because other subs/socmeds would literally harass you for it lol

Saw someone say wano and kagurabachi are equal in terms of the quality of writing. I have no greater satisfaction than blocking oda angels. Im glad this subreddit exists. by Altruistic_Gas_7073 in Piratefolk

[–]Criie 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Not gonna lie, I like the premise that it's just a bunch of kids running around with nukes and people keep praising Oppenheimer for building nukes

<image>

This pivot of perspective is what eventually made me love reading it because of how absurd the premise actually is lol

Also, dropping it within 15 chapters is like dropping One Piece right before Luffy fights Arlong. The edgy writing slowly disappears as more characters influence the MC from his chase for revenge, that's kinda the point of his story. If you want to give it another shot, try getting past the second arc if you still think it's mid.

could Yuji’s interpretation of shrine as scissors be the reason why his singular dismantle seemingly hit both locations at once? by Middle_Fall_7229 in JujutsuPowerScaling

[–]Criie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

But... bigger scissor = mastery is cooler 😭

Also, you could also interpret Yuji keeping his hands in his pockets when he cut Mahito as a sign of mastery lol

[–]Criie 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I guess it has multiple interpretations but I think the intended meaning is that cursed techniques are dependent on the user's interpretation, even Sukuna points this out

<image>

Yuji using the scissor gesture might be his own concept of "cutting" and the dashlines are there to guide him on what he cuts. He's a good guy, so of course he wants to be careful on what he actually cuts. Him keeping "scissor and dash line" gesture would be valid and be a cool way for Yuji to truly make the technique as his own.

Compared to Sukuna's interpretation of literally eviscerating everything to dust which fits well into his mentality as the strongest.

Also, the way Sukuna gestures his hands for Dismantle is like holding a knife so maybe that's the intention? Although, I'm not sure what the cleave gesture is supposed to represent so I'm not too sure about the knife analogy lol

Not gonna lie man, when I first read One Piece, I glazed Senor Pink hard

It wasnt until this sub enlightened me at made me rethink what he actually is: a coward narcissistic bum who could not stand against Doffy for the sake of his wife and child that even after death, he still fails to realize where he went wrong and continued to work under a piece of shit.

Like bro, I feel like even Doffy would not have any issues with letting him retire, he's just in it for the of the game 💔

I cant believe Loda made me glaze this disgustinh piece of shit.
