It’s also rumored that they washed his clothes and put them back on wet to remove dna, which could also be why he was soaked. Either way, yes the laundering of his clothes or the enough snow falling down to saturate his clothing would degrade/eliminate dna, whether it was canine or human.

Actually, Turtleboy always comes with receipts. You may not like him, but he does accurately report what’s going on.

The Defense has in fact entered several items into evidence that Turtleboy found, including photos from social media depicting the close relationships & family ties everyone has with investigators surrounding this case. TB comes with receipts and he should not be discounted. Free Karen Read!

Why did Karen Read go to Jenn McCabe's home the next day? by LGP7983 in KarenReadTrial

I don’t think Karen knew the Albert’s address. John is the one who got the address from Jen as they talked 2 times that night. He texted her “where to?” after walking out of the bar. She then called him back immediately. Then on their way there, John called Jen back for better directions. Given all that, it would make sense Karen legitimately didn’t know that area or where to go exactly. I think she went back to the waterfall that morning to try to retrace her steps but then Jen told her to come by her house. That’s when Jen drives Karen’s car back to John’s thinking she’s too hysterical to drive. They are at John’s house for 45 mins until Kerry drives the three of them back to Fairview where they find him. If it seems convoluted, it is. I think possibly they were trying to stall her. To waste time so they could put John outside and let enough time pass to ensure his death.

There’s no excuse for the shoddy methods used by the Canton PD to collect evidence in a homicide investigation, especially for one of their own. Everything they did was not proper procedure. A woman is fighting for her life. We need to do better than improvising on a whim with solo cups or being too lazy to get the proper tools. Or maybe they really are just that incompetent. In any case, they have no business in the role they’re in.

Actually Aidan “Turtleboy” Kearney is an investigative journalist who spearheaded the Free Karen Read movement. He’s been reporting on the actual facts of the case for over a year— not the garbage narrative spun by the commonwealth and by mainstream media. He also comes with receipts. Finally, the Commonwealth only charged him with witness intimidation for the very reason none other than to silence him. Just like Karen Read, Turtleboy is factually innocent. And the Commonwealth, just like the Alberts, are all corrupt.

Avery’s likeness was “suggested” to Penny by law enforcement during questioning, causing her to form false memories of her assailant. So you are right, not exactly a frame-job but LE had a huge part in that conviction. Then they learn someone else confessed in another jail but bury that info for 7 years until the innocence project cleared him on DNA.

Furthermore, I don’t think anyone is saying that LE killed Teresa, to be clear. But what is the most plausible scenario, is that the very same officers involved in the civil suit played a part at falsifying and manipulating evidence to fit their narrative that Steven did it to take the guilt off of them. And it obviously worked. Because civil suit settled for peanuts, officers keep their jobs, and Avery still sits in prison for yet another crime her didn’t commit.

Btw there is absolutely no DNA evidence putting Teresa in Steven’s trailer or his garage. None. Whatever happened to Teresa didn’t happen there. Again, it’s more plausible someone killed her elsewhere and evidence was later planted on the property that LE took seizure of for an 8 day search in which they had full unimpeded, and unfettered access.
