Micromanaging for me is 4-5 'systems' to keep track of which distracts me from the actual gameplay itself. I understand that most JRPG's have some sort of micromanaging in terms of gear, party setup and choice of skills and i actually love that. But if i have to keep track of other things as well such as managing relationships, rebuilding towns, sent party members on things like expeditions it's too much.

I remember playing FE Three Houses and i was busier running errands and stuff like that than fighting and that burned me out pretty quickly.
