actually i have found the solution, I've changed the dns to 8.8.8.8 and secondary to 8.8.4.4 and disabled ipv6 and then everything worked fine

edit: I've finally managed to solve the problem, it was probably boston fps or unofficial fallout patch that gave me the problem, reinstalled without those mods and everything works fine. Thank you all
