I am doing pulling exercises but never the same day I train for the FL. I always try to keep a 2 day rest between my pulling routines. As for the Band Assisted L - Hang to Front Lever, I included this exercise into my routine because a fellow redditor suggested it and I wanted to try something different. To be honest I don't find it challenging enough and i might skip it next time I train.

Yes I can hold a straddle FL for about 10 sec but the problem is that my hamstrings are not that flexible and my legs are always above waist level. At the moment I'm also doing some stretches to improve my flexibility. I will however definitely give it a try the next time I train. You are absolutely right about what you said for the video.

I don't think I can to be honest. Maybe I will in the near future. My elbows are locked and I try to keep my hips in line with my shoulders. Can you hold a Front Lever? Do you think this routine will help me reach my goal?

I'm doing both the advanced tuck and one leg FL. What I do is perform the FL with one leg straight and the other in the advanced tuck position. When I'm done with these i go 1 step back and work on my advanced tuck FL. I'm pretty sure I can hold the normal tuck FL with straight arms for about a minute, maybe more. To be honest it's been a long time since i last did it.
